RE: APPRECIATION OF SERVICES RENDERED BY MARIE MOINAT AS A
MEMBER OF THE WELD COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, did appoint Marie Moinat as a member of the Weld
County Library Board, and
WHEREAS, Marie Moinat has served continously on this Board
with distinction, and by her wise council has contributed greatly
in service to the County as a member of said board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that it does hereby express
its appreciation to Marie Moinat for her faithful service rendered,
having been most beneficial to the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
April, A.D. , 1977 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 20th day of April, A.D. , 1977.

Dear Mrs. Steinmark:
Mrs. Marie Moinat, whose term on the Board of Trustees expires
this month, does not wish to be considered for reappointment for
personal reasons.
In our meeting on April 8 we discussed possible replacements and
should like to recommend the following people for your consideration:
Charlotte Andrade (Mrs. Joe D)
Berne Ruibal (Mrs. Joe)
We believe the residents of the county with Spanish surnames need
to be represented on our Board, and such an appointment would, in turn,
be of real value to the Library.
