Bids were received and opened on February 11, 2015 for B1500026, F5 Solution (IT project
number IT-269). Four (4) bids were received. The bids range from $94,357.22 to
$122,040.00. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The F5 Solution will provide a fully supported web proxy and load balancer that optimizes
the delivery and security of network-based applications.
The Information Technology staff reviewed and compared these bids. GTRI out of
Denver, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $94,357.22.
With the above information, I recommend the board award the B1500026, F5 Solution to
GTRI for a one year total amount of$94,357.22.
