THE UNDERSIGNED, being first duly sworn, states that to the best of his or her knowledge the attached

To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is to notify you of an initial public hearing for USR14-0076 in Weld County Colorado, scheduled for
February 3, 2015 at 1:30pm. The meeting will be held at the following location:
Administration Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, CO 80631 - in the Board Room
The nature of this hearing is to review our application to build an office for a therapy center on our property.
Inspiring Talkers is a therapy center, providing a variety of services to improve the quality of life for children
with disabilities. Services include speech, occupational, and physical therapy, conductive education, and small
classes/groups. We work with children to improve their speech, motor, play, and behavior skills. We use play
techniques to engage, motivate, and teach. Children come to our center to work individually with a therapist for
a set appointment. We offer small group opportunities as well. Inspiring Talkers would like to build a center on
this property to use for the therapy center. The building planned with approximately 5000-6000 square feet. We
believe this location is perfect for the business for several reasons. Mostly, we are wanting to provide our
families with a rural location where they can relax and have a calming environment. The families we work with
have children with significant disabilities, which can be extremely stressful for the families. By providing a
location where the children can receive their services and the other families can relax in a peaceful setting will
be therapeutic for everyone.
