AN OIL AND GAS SUPPORT FACILITY AND OIL AND GAS STORAGE FACILITY
(CRUDE OIL TANK FARM AND CRUDE OIL TRUCK UNLOADING FACILITY) IN THE
A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT- UET MIDSTREAM, LLC
A public hearing was conducted on July 22, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer, Chair- EXCUSED
Commissioner Mike Freeman, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Sean P. Conway
Commissioner Julie A. Cozad
Commissioner Steve Moreno
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Tisa Juanicorena
Assistant County Attorney, Brad Yatabe
Planning Services Department representative, Chris Gathman
The following business was transacted:
• I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated May 15, 2015, and duly published
May 20, 2015, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of
UET Midstream, LLC, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR15-0013, for a Mineral Resource Development Facility, including an Oil and Gas Support
Facility and Oil and Gas Storage Facility (crude oil tank farm and crude oil truck unloading facility)
in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Brad Yatabe, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter
of record.
• Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, stated the reason for the continuance to
August 5, 2015, is to allow the applicant to present to a full quorum of the Board.
el No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
• Commissioner Conway moved to continue the request of UET Midstream, LLC, for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR15-0013, for Mineral
Resource Development Facility, including an Oil and Gas Support Facility and Oil and Gas
Storage Facility (crude oil tank farm and crude oil truck unloading facility) in the A (Agricultural)
Zone District, to August 5, 2015, to allow the applicant the opportunity to have a full quorum to
hear the case. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Moreno, and it carried unanimously.
There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:10 a.m.
