HomeMy WebLinkAbout20151597.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG TWO RIVERS PARKWAY AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN ANY NECESSARY DOCUMENTS - AGGREGATOR, LLC WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quit Claim Deed from Aggregator, LLC, 495 Grand Blvd, Suite 206, Miramar Beach, Florida 32550, commencing upon full execution, with further terms and conditions being as stated in said Quit Claim Deed; said property being described in Exhibit A, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said Quit Claim Deed, for Public Right-of-Way along Two Rivers Parkway, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Quit Claim Deed for Public Right-of-Way along Two Rivers Parkway from Aggregator, LLC, be, and hereby is, approved and accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to sign any necessary documents pertaining to said Quit Claim Deed. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of June, A.D., 2015. This is in an area where roadway repairs are being made as a result of flood damage. The Quit Claim Deed will formalize existing right of way and satisfying federal funding requirements as evidence of right of way.
