RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 349 -
DANIEL AND ALBERT SOLIS
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado at a public hearing held on
the 15th day of November, 1978 in the Chambers of the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that a certain
parcel of land, being the property of Daniel and Albert Solis ,
does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms ,
"subdivision" and "subdivided land" , pursuant to its authority
under Section 30-28-101 (10) (d) , CRS 1973, as amended, and
WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners did approve
Recorded Exemption No. 349, by Resolution, on November 15, 1978 ,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has been informed by the Weld County Department of
Planning Services that the aforementioned Recorded Exemption
now needs to be amended by changing "Parcel 2" to "Lot B. "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the aforementioned amend-
ment to Recorded Exemption No. 349 be, and hereby is , approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
February, A.D. , 1979.
