RE: RESCIND RESOLUTION DATED JULY 18 , 1979 CONCERNING THE APPRO-
VAL OF A CLAIM TO MR. WILLIAM TIMOTHY FOR LOSS OF LEG BRACE
IN SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on July 18 , 1979 , the Board of County Commissioners
adopted a resolution approving a claim to Mr. William Timothy for
loss of a leg brace in the Sheriff 's Department, said claim in
the amount of $300 . 00 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has been informed that the insurance carrier for Weld
County, Colorado will pay said $300 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the resolution dated
July 18, 1979 concerning the approval of a claim to Mr. William
Timothy for loss of a leg brace in the Sheriff 's Deparment be,
and hereby is, rescinded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
July, A.D. , 1979 .
