RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
ALONG TWO RIVERS PARKWAY AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN ANY
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS - NOEL AND ELLA HAYES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quit Claim Deed from Noel and Ella
Hayes, 3610 Woodhaven Drive, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, commencing upon full execution,
with further terms and conditions being as stated in said Quit Claim Deed; said property being
described in Exhibit A, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said Quit Claim Deed,
for Public Right-of-Way along Two Rivers Parkway, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Quit Claim Deed for Public Right-of-Way along Two Rivers Parkway
from Noel and Ella Hayes, be, and hereby is, approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign any necessary documents pertaining to said Quit Claim Deed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 18th day of May, A.D., 2015.

RE: Two Rivers Parkway
Acceptance of Quit Claim Deed for Public Road Right-of-Way at no cost to Weld County for
Certain Improvements to Two Rivers Parkway with Noel V. Hayes, Jr. and Ella Marie Hayes.
This is in an area where roadway repairs are being made as a result of flood damage. The Quit
Claim Deed will formalize existing right of way and satisfying federal funding requirements as
evidence of right of way.

Wyoming 82001, party of the first part and Weld County, Colorado, a body politic and corporate of the
State of Colorado, whose legal address is 1150"O" Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, party of the second

whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT
