Dear Mr. Jacobucci: On May 13, 1977, you were kind enough to respond to our form inquiry seeking information regarding the status of our captioned bond which apparently relates to the curb, gutter and paving for the Highland Park third edition. At that time, you indicated to us that the "bond not to be released at this time." At this time, I would appreciate if if you can give us further information regarding the status of this project. Our bond was effective October 23, 1970, and naturally, I am somewhat curious as to why the project has not been completed some seven years following the effective date of our bond. Is it possible for you to give me some of the specifics regarding the completion of the project, and most particularly if there is any problem involved insofar as the performance of Highland Park, Inc. is concerned.
