We are very willing to work with Anadarko. I primarily work in oil and gas so I understand their reservations. They contacted us June 1 at about 4pm and then sent a very broad waiver at 7:25 this morning expecting HID to sign it without reviewing it. APC wants to make sure they can place what I imagine will be a vertical well off the southwest corner of the HID property. State standards regulate the distance they can put it in relation to buildings and property lines. HID is fine with it being inside the state standard radius and will sign a waiver allowing APC to do so, but HID's attorney had some redlines for it. HID doesn't even mind them using their property for staging or access, we were just not given quite enough notice to iron out an agreement for them.
