WHEREAS, by Resolution dated August 15, 1973 , the Board
of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, granted a re-
corded exemption to Adolph Anderson on a tract of land more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
The West one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of Section
22, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, more particularly de-
scribed as : Beginning at the Southwest corner said Sec-
tion 22; thence N00°00 ' 00" E on an assumed bearing along
the West line said Section 22 a distance of 2639 . 65 feet
to the West one-quarter corner said Section 22; thence
N89°49 ' 25" E along the North line said West one-half South-
west one-quarter a distance of 1320. 81 feet to the North-
east corner said West one-half Southwest one-quarter;
thence S00°04 ' 13"W along the East line said West one-half
Southwest one-quarter a distance of 2637 . 74 feet to the
Southeast corner said West one-half Southwest one-quarter;
thence S89°44 ' 24"W along the South line said West one-half
Southwest one-quarter a distance of 1317 . 59 feet to the
point of beginning.
Contains 79 . 911 Acres more or less, and
WHEREAS, on March 22, 1976 , Adolph Anderson, being repre-
sented by Thomas E. Honn, Zoning Administrator, requested an amend-
ment to the heretofore granted recorded exemption for the purpose
of relocating the lot lines, and
WHEREAS, there was no opposition to this request, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the
testimony of those present and was fully informed.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the recorded exemption
granted to Adolph Anderson on August 15, 1973 be, and it hereby is
amended to allow relocation of lot lines as shown on plat attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
The above and foregoing resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
March, A. D. , 1976.

Re: RE 77 Amendment
Dear Commissioners:
The attached application, plat, and related items are in reference to
a request, from Adolph Anderson, for an amendment to Recorded Exemption
#77 which was approved on August 15, 1973. The parcel in question
is described as the Wz of the SWa of Section 22, T2N, R66W of the
6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado. Said property contains 79.911 acres.
The request is to amend Recorded Exemption #77 by changing the location
of the lot lines. When Recorded Exemption #77 was approved, the division
between lot 1 and lot 2 was an east-west line. The request is now
for a north-south division line between the lots.
Based upon the information submitted, the Planning Commission staff
recommends approval for this requested amendment since the impact
would not appear to be any different than the original request which
has already been approved.
