SUBJECT: Older Americans Act Bid — B1500061
All bids were received and opened on March 13, 2015 for the following contract services:
Access Services
1. Outreach to Hispanic Seniors - Catholic Charities $60,000
2. Case Management Services — Catholic Charities $30,000
3. Transportation - Senior Resource Services $70,000
In-Home Services
1. Homemaker and Personal Care — RVNA Home Health $115,000
Community Services
1. Adult Day — Eldergarden Adult Day $50,000
2. Counseling Services- North Range Behavioral Health $80,000
3. Senior Legal Services- Colorado Legal Services $70,000
Nutrition Services
1. Home Delivered Meals-Meals on Wheels $130,000
The Area Agency on Aging received only one bid for each of the specific contract services. One
interested vendor, Catholic Charities bid for two of the requested services. Next to each of the
specific services the names of the bidding entities have been noted. The bid amounts that were
provided by the bidders ranged by services from $30,000 to $130,000 see figures noted above.
All of the bidders, with the exception of Colorado Legal Services, are currently providing
services for the Area Agency on Aging.
All bids were reviewed and approved by the Area Agency on Aging RFP review committee and
the full Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board on April 9`", 2015. It is the recommendation of the
Area Agency on Aging staff and Advisory Board to award the contracts to each of the vendors
who bid for the requested contract services, effective July 1, 2015.

Hi Rose and Trevor, Attached our my memos regarding both bids,The 61500061 (Older Americans Act Grants) and
61500062 (Senior Nutrition Meals Delivery Service). I will be in the office early Monday morning and will be at the
board meeting if you have any questions. Basically we reviewed all of the bids and our recommendation is that we
award the dollars to all of the bidders. We had no competitive bidders. We are currently receiving services from all of
vendors with the exception of Colorado Legal Services.
Sorry these memos are late...! did not realize exactly what you needed....my bad!!
