RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING FOURTEEN (14) PARKING SPACE LEASES
WITH VARIOUS ENTITIES AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with fourteen (14) Parking Space Leases
between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Buildings and Grounds, and the
entities listed below, commencing upon execution of signatures, with further terms and conditions
being as stated in said leases, and
1) Robert Shreve Architect and Planners (2 spaces)
2) Robert Ruyle (1 space)
3) RGT, LLC (6 spaces)
4) Peter Morrell (1 space)
5) Diane Johnson (1 space)
6) Michael Reidel (1 space)
7) Sylvia Humphrey (1 space)
8) Bruce Johnson (1 space)
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to continue the matter to
May 4, 2015, to allow additional time for the Board to review said lease agreements with the
Director of Building and Grounds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the matter regarding the fourteen (14) Parking Space Leases between the
County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, on behalf of the Department of Buildings and Grounds, and the entities listed herein be,
and hereby are, continued to May 4, 2015, for further review.
