My agent shall have the power with respect to estate, trust or other beneficiary transactions to act for me in all such matters to accept, reject, disclaim, receive, assign or exchange any share or interest I may claim or be entitled to as a beneficiary. r. My agent shall have the power with respect to benefits from social security, medicare, medicaid or any other governmental program, or civil or military service pension, to act for me to file and prosecute a claim for me to any benefits under such programs, and to accept, settle or compromise any claims for me with respect to any benefits. s. My agent shall have the power to transfer all or any part of property owned by me or in which I have an interest, to the trustee of any revocable trust created by me during my lifetime, such that the same is held and becomes a part of the corpus of that trust to be dealt with in accordance with the terms of such trust.
