RE: VACATION OF CERTAIN LOTS IN MEADOW ACRES SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County ,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, School District #6 and Home Light and Power Company
have requested the vacation of certain lots in Meadow Acres Sub-
division, said lots being more particularly described as follows:
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Home
Light and Power Co. , and School District
#6, being the sole owners in fee of Lots 1
through 8 , Block 1, and Lots 1 and 3
through 6, Block 2, EXCEPT that portion of
Lots 1, 3 & 6, Block 2 , of said Meadow
Acres Subdivision recorded May 18 , 1978
under Reception No. 1754406 in Book 832;
July 13, 1972 under Reception No. 1593536 ,
Book 672; and August 10, 1971 under
Reception No. 1573067 in Book 651; lying

abovedescribed lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of School
District #6 and Home Light and Power Company for vacation of
the abovedescribed lots in Meadow Acres Subdivision be, and
hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
December, A.D. , 1979.

Physical Description of Lots to be Vacated: A Home Light & Power substation
now occupies all of lots 1 and 2 and parts of lots 3 and 8, Block 1, Meadow
Acres. No other construction has taken place, nor have lots been sold individually
out of the balance of Tats 3 and 8, Block 1, Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block 1, and Lots
4 and 5, Block 2 and parts of Lots 1, 3 & 6, Block 2, lying within Parcels A and B
of Subdivision Exemption 86, Weld County.
School District 6 has acquired the above described Parcel B for the purpose
of constructing an elementary school. The existing platted lots would coincide
with the proposed building site. All access roads to Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 1 and
Lots 5 and 6 have been previously vacated by action of the Weld County Commissioners.
The following utility companies did not object to the previous vacation of the
access roads to these lots:
