IN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO. WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, requesting that a portion of County Road No. 93.5 located in Sections 14 and 23 in Township 4 North of Range 61 West of the 6th P.M. in Weld County, Colorado, be vacated, abandoned and closed, which county road is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: A parcel of land located in Sections 14 and 23, T4N, R61W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the South Quarter Corner of said Section 23 and considering the 4 line of said Section23 to bear North 00°00 ' 00" East and with all other bearings contained herein being relative therefore: Thence North 00°00 ' 00" East 1, 471 feet to the true point of beginning. Thence North 74°28 ' 00" East 31.14 feet Thence North 00000 ' 00" East to the South right-of-way of the Union Pacific Railway, Thence Westerly along the South right-of- way of the Union Pacific Railway a distance of 6.0 feet. Thence South 00°00 ' 00" East and parallel to the 4 line 8 . 34 feet past the point of beginning.. Thence North 74O28 ' 00" East 31.14 feet to the true point of beginning.
