RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT, REASSIGNMENT, AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD
OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jason Maxey be appointed to said board as
the District 4 representative, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Linda Kautz be reassigned to said board as
the District 5 representative, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bill Wood be reappointed to said board as the
District 2 representative, and that Jon Schwartzbauer be reappointed to said board as the
At-Large representative, and
Jason Maxey and to reassign Linda
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint g
to expire May 23, 2017; and reappoint Bill Wood and Jon
Kautz to said board, with terms ppp
Schwartzbauer to said board, with terms to expire May 23, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
Count Colorado, that Jason Maxey be appointed; that Linda Kautz be reassigned; and that Bill
Y, pp
Wood and Jon Schwartzbauer be reappointed to the Board of Public Health, all with terms to
expire as noted above.
