LoneTree Energy&Associates,LLC(LoneTree)has executed an Assignment of Oil and Gas Lease whereby they
have agreed to sell and assign one-hundred percent (100%) of its right, title and interest in and to the
Oil and Gas Lease recorded at Reception No. 3957352 to PDC Energy, Inc. whose address is1775
Sherman Street, Suite 3000, Denver, Colorado 80203.
Pursuant to the Oil and Gas Lease, your consent is required in order to permit LoneTree to convey its
interest. LoneTree respectfully requests your consent to sell and assign its interest in the Oil and
Gas Lease covering the following lands:
Township 4 North, Range 66 West, 6th P.M.
Section 6: A 0.712 acre tract located in the W/2SW/4 more particularly described in a Quit Claim Deed
recorded in Book 250, Page 79 of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder's Office
Please evidence your consent by executing in the space provided below. Please return the original
fully executed letter to my attention in the enclosed pre-paid envelope. Should you have any
