Included with the route maps is the right-of-way and subordination agreement between Weld County and Platte River providing for Platte River's use of Weld County Road 3, and a similar agreement with Larimer County on its County Road 11 . Both copies have been executed on behalf of Platte River. One copy is for Weld County and the other for you as Chairman of the Larimer-Weld Regional COG. An executed copy of all documents has also been provided to the Larimer County Commissioners. Final determination of this line routing has been a problem for all of us and it is good to have it settled. Hopefully the final seg- ment eastward to Fort St. Vrain will be easier.
