RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE PETITION FOR ABATEMENT OR REFUND OF TAXES - MACHII-ROSS PETROLEUM COMPANY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administerin the affairs of Weld Count , Colorado, and 9 Y WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, State of Colorado, at a I duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 31 st day of August, 2015, at which meeting there were present the following members: Chair Barbara Kirkmeyer, and Commissioners Mike Freeman, Sean P.
