RESOLUTION
RE: RELEASE OF CONTRACT BOND FOR CARMACAR RANCHETTES,
ISSUED BY WESTERN SURETY COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering Services has
notified the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the maintenance required by the Weld County
Subdivision Regulations of the developer of the subdivision
known as Carmacar Ranchettes, located in Part of the East
Half of Section 5, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, has been performed, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering Services has
recommended the release of the contract bond issued by
Western Surety Company in the amount of Fifteen Thousand
Dollars ($15, 000. 00) securing performance by the developer
of the required maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that it does hereby
direct the County Clerk and Recorder to release said contract
bond issued by Western Surety Company, now being held by the
County, in the amount of $15, 000.00, to Lyle Carpenter,
Carmacar Ranchettes, c/o Mortgage Finance, Inc. , 1600 Broadway,
Suite 2120, Denver, Colorado 80202.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of said release be
sent to Bob Brown, P. O. Box 837, Longmont, Colorado 80501.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th
day of October, A.D. , 1976.

said contract and indetnrify the said Obligee from any loss, resulting from the breach of any of the terms and condi-
