Account: R2183403 Parcel: 106102417017 Address: 4214 Flagstone Drive,Johnstown During the period Jan 1 2013 and June 30, 2014 I found 28 homes sold in my neighborhood. I compared each of these homes regarding floor plan, model, condition, etc. Each property is similar in square foot of land. I narrowed down the 28 sold homes to the 3 that best fit my home. I then pulled the information from your website focus on equivalent features. I found that each comp home necessitated minor adjustments to compare to my home.
