Here is a summary of your appeals with me.
1. R8065199 Weld Schools vacant land. We can stipulate to $2.75 psf.
2. R6779579 and R6779580 Poudre Valley condos at $200 psf. The 3.7m sale that occurred was 4 units of
which 75% of the total sf was core and shell. This allocates to $200 psf on the finished units and $120 psf on
core and shell units. I have 1 other condo sale in a building in Greeley that is inferior in condition at$180 psf.
3. R1494702 &R7444098 D & K Development vacant lots. These are 1.48 acre at$2.00 psf and .41 acre lot
at $2.34 psf. The comps you listed are 12 and 134 acres and really don't correlate to the value of these smaller
lots. I would be willing to put the 2nd account at the same $2.00 psf.
4. R8402799 Poudre Valley Medical Office. We forgot to talk about this one. I have this at$140 psf. The
comparables you provided are really not on the same scale as the subject in terms of location or condition. I
have parcel 095922289001 that sold for$224 psf and 8509473004 in Larimer County at $200 psf.

The deadline for filing real property appeals is July 15.
The Assessor establishes property values. The local taxing authorities (county, school district, city,
fire protection, and other special districts) set mill levies. The mill levy requested by each taxing
authority is based on a projected budget and the property tax revenue required to adequately fund
the services it provides to its taxpayers. The local taxing authorities hold budget hearings in the fall.
If you are concerned about mill levies, we recommend that you attend these budget hearings.
Please refer to last year's tax bill or ask your Assessor for a listing of the local taxing authorities.

APPEAL PROCEDURES
County Board of Equalization Hearings will be held from
July 29 through August 5 at 1150 O Street.
To appeal the Assessor's decision, complete the Petition to the County Board of Equalization shown
below, and mail or deliver a copy of both sides of this form to:

To preserve your appeal rights, your Petition to the County Board of Equalization must be
postmarked or delivered on or before July 15 for real property — after such date, your right to
appeal is lost. You may be required to prove that you filed a timely appeal; therefore, we
recommend that all correspondence be mailed with proof of mailing.
You will be notified of the date and time scheduled for your hearing. The County Board of
Equalization must mail a written decision to you within five business days following the date of the
decision. The County Board of Equalization must conclude hearings and render decisions by August
5, § 39-8-107(2), C.R.S. If you do not receive a decision from the County Board of Equalization and
you wish to continue your appeal, you must file an appeal with the Board of Assessment Appeals by
September 10, § 39-2-125(1)(e), C.R.S.
If you are dissatisfied with the County Board of Equalization's decision and you wish to continue your
appeal, you must appeal within 30 days of the date of the County Board's written decision to ONE of
the following:
