RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, heretofore, by Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, a certain tract of land
numbered was approved as a suitable site for the construction
of a radio communication tower, and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the Board that
the parcel of land that was approved as a site for the construction of a
radio communication tower was erroneously described and said error
has been brought to the attention of the Board at this time, and
WHEREAS, it has now been determined by the Board that the
parcel as contained in the aforementioned conditional approval numbered
should be deleted in toto and that the hereinafter described
legal description is the correct parcel of land approved as the site for
the construction of the said radio communication tower and such parcel
of land is hereinafter more particularly described as follows:
Part of the West Half (W 4) of the Southeast Quarter SE+-+)
of Section 19, Township 8 North, Range 66 West of the
6th Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner (SE Cor) of said Section
19, and considering the South line of the Southeast Quarter
(SE+) of said Section 19 as bearing South 90°00'00" West,
with all other bearings contained herein being relative
thereto;
Thence South 9000010011 West, along the South line of the
Southeast Quarter of said Section 19, 1667. 42 feet;
Thence North 00°00'00" East, 30. 00 feet to the True Point
of Beginning;
Thence continuing North 00°00'00" East, 345. 35 feet;
Thence North 90 00'00" East, 181. 47 feet;
Thence North 00°00'00" East, 807. 36 feet;
Thence South 90°00'00" West, 835. 35 feet;
Thence South 00°00'00" West, 807. 36 feet;
Thence North 90°00'00" East, 633. 87 feet;
Thence South 00°00'00" West, 345. 35 feet;
Thence North 90°00'00" East, 20. 00 feet to the True Point
of Beginning.
Said described parcel contains 15. 641 acres, more or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, that the legal description in the Resolution dated March
12 , 1975, be, and the same be amended, and that the hereinabove
corrected legal description be acknowledged, affirmed and adopted as the
correct legal description of site for the construction of said radio communi-
cation tower.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all of the conditions in the pre-
vious Resolution of March 12 , 1975, be in all respects ratified, confirmed

and remain unchanged.
