Section 20, Township 2N,Range 68W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Weld County.

• LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Description of a parcel of land located in Sections 20 and
21 of T2N, R6BW of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more
particularly described as follows:
Section 20: the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter.
Section 21 : that part of the South Half of the North Bali
and that part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter all
lying West of County Road 5 which runs in a Northeasterly South-
westerly direction except the Right-of-Way of said County Road
5, except the Right-of-Way of the Burlington Northern Railroad,
and except that tract conveyed to the Great Western Sugar Company
by Deed recorded in Book 429 at Page 583 of the Weld County records.
The above described parcel of land in Sections 20 and 21
together contains 271 acres more or less.

Dear Mr.Hays,
Lafarge would like to request a partial performance and financial warranty release for the
Stromquist Pit,M-1983-031. We submit this in accordance with Rule 4.17 of the Construction
Materials Rules and Regulations.The property within the permit boundary for which the release
is requested is owned by:

the areas under release request.
