Bids were received and opened on May 4, 2015 for B1500122, Cisco Equipment
Maintenance Renewal. Three (3) bids were received for the 1 year option ranging from
$145,582.58 to $174,472.20. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses. CrossConnect
Engineering Inc. from Colorado Springs CO was disqualified due to do equipment being
omitted from there bid. Venture Technologies from Englewood, CO proposed the next
lowest cost solution of $159,276.73 and meets the needed functionality documented in
the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the board award B1500122, Cisco
Equipment Maintenance Renewal for one year to Venture Technologies for a total
amount of$159,276.73.
