Screening is in process for the dumpster. No screening for storage as storage is inside building. No outside storage is intended . I would be open for screening if asked of me. There would be 15 trucks part time with 8 employees. The employees get in the yard and park their cars at about 6 a .m . and return between 5 p.m . and 9 p.m . They park on the west side of the pole barn. And go home. A porta potty is there for their use as well as a dumpster if needed. Employees do not stay. No building structures are to be erected but will use the exiting pole barn for light servicing of the trucks, Such as change oil in units and tires. Large repairs will be done at a mechanic shop. The pole barn does not having running water as property is on a well . Site Specific Development Plan and use by Special Review Questionnaire Answers 1. There will be use of the shop, 40'X80', for light mechanic work i.e. oil, tire change, vehicle cleaning etc. There is a security light mounted above the west door that works on a solar switch . There is no fencing, landscaping or signs on the property. No customers will be coming to the property as no business will be conducted there. No signs for the business will be posted. There will be semi-tractor trailer parking to the SE of the shop and the W of the shop. There will be 20 parking spaces that will be 14'x100'. As the property has well water no vehicles will not be washed on the property. 2. Conversion of agricultural land to nonurban residential, commercial and industrial uses should be accommodated when the subject site is in an area that can support such development, and should attempt to be compatible with the region 3. There is a dumpster provided for trash refuse and set away from road, no screen is used around the dumpster and is picked up by a waste management company. 11. The driveway was moved to the East and widened to 52' to accommodate the Semi traffic. This was completed 11/26/2014 and I have attached a copy of the permit. Vehicles are parked in a row and are not screened. Storage for shop use is inside the shop.
