SUBJECT: Fill Sand Bid — Revised Memo, B1500039
The Public Works Department recommends the low bid from J-2 Contracting be accepted for fill sand at a price
of $4.00 per ton.
Should J-2 Contracting be unable to fulfill the bid quantity, the Public Works Department would seek other
vendors and possibly rebid this as the price for the second low bidder, Connell Resources, was $12 per ton.
