RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF PATRICIA DAY AND LARRY WAGNER TO FAIR
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancies currently exist on the Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Patricia Day and Larry Wagner be appointed
to said board with terms to expire September 30, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Patricia Day and Larry Wagner be, and hereby are, appointed to the Fair
Board, with terms to expire September 30, 2017.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of July, A.D., 2015.
