RE: CORRECT RESOLUTION DATED JANUARY 22 , 1979 CONCERNING RECORDED
EXEMPTION NO. 369 - JANET AND GERALD ROTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado adopted a Resolution dated January 22, 1979 in which
said Board determined that a certain parcel of land was not within
the purview of the definition of the terms "subdivision" and
"subdivided land, " pursuant to its authority under Section
30-28-101 (10) (d) , CRS 1973, as amended, and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Board of County
Commissioners that Emanuel and Pauline Roth are also owners of
the property involved and as such, should have their name included
on said Resolution, and
WHEREAS, said Board deems it advisable to add the names of
Emanuel and Pauline Roth to said Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Resolution dated
January 22, 1979 concerning Recorded Exemption No. 369 be, and
hereby is, corrected by adding the names of Emanuel and Pauline
Roth as applicants for said Recorded Exemption.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of
January, A.D. , 1979.
