We're comfortable accepting last year's value for R6781079 (I believe you had said R6781078 on accident).
Regarding R6786659- to the best of my knowledge, this property should still be ag class. I have a note in our
system showing that after Ensigns purchase of the property, Selena deleted accounts #R4251406 & R4251306
on 5/29/14, creating two new accounts. This new account#R6786659 was supposed to remain ag class, while
#6786660 would cover the buildings and commercial classed land. An admin in our office confirmed this with
Dana on 2/9/15.
Do you have cost info on the storage warehouse added to 6786660?

Hi Brad,
I just wanted to discuss Ensign United States Drilling and Noble Energy.
Upon further review of the Noble Energy account no R6781078, I am willing to drop that to the previous year's
value of$262,161. If you are agreeable to this, I will send over a stipulation agreement.
As far as Ensign account number R6786659, the only change made is that this account was changed from
entirely Ag use to entirely Commercial use. You had requested a value of$379 for this 9.442 acre parcel. The
commercial price per acre in that MRA is $4,050.24 resulting in a new value for this commercial site of
$38,242.
And finally the Ensign account number R6786660, this parcel had a 3,648 sq ft storage warehouse added to the
account in 2014 resulting in an increase in value.
Please let me know if you have anything to further support your opinion of value and if you accept the
stipulation for the Noble Energy account.
