ti I would like to know why as a land owner that I did not receive a notice on this.
Where is this well located,and why is the whole section and 80 acres included.
I also need to know what I the legal definition of Support and Service(non-commercial Class II?
I would like a traffic count at all four corners to county Rd's 116 and 133.
I would also be opposed to any increase in traffic on these road's.

Dear Mr. Gathman, April 18, 2015
This letter is regarding the application review of the salt water injection facility on
property adjoining our land. Our initial response to your March 26 mailing was concern
about an increase in traffic and noise directly affecting a Stanley family residence at the
corner of CR 133 and CR 116. Since then we have learned that the well site will be
located nearly a mile south of the Stanley residence at the south edge of RJM Land
Company, LLC,property which reduces some of the concern. However, you must be
made aware of the problems at the intersection of CR 116 and CR 133.
Something needs to be done to improve the traffic safety coming and going at this
intersection. It is a highly congested and dangerous area due to the heavy traffic. The
intersection is just waiting for an accident to happen.
-The salt water injection site will surely increase the traffic passing at this
intersection. How much of this traffic is going to be reduced by the waste water
pipeline that has been laid from the site?
-Five roadways converge at this intersection. There are two blind corners. Traffic from
the west can't see what's coming from the south and traffic from the south can't see
what's coming from the west. There is also downhill traffic coming to the corner from
three of these traffic directions.
-The trucks follow so close at that curve that getting around it is very dangerous at their
speed. There is constant traffic congestion there and unreal if you add in more trucks.
-There is noise pollution at this area due to the engine braking by the trucks as they
approach the intersection of CR116/Cr133. This happens 24 hours a day and will be
much worse with increased trucking.

The other matter which we want you to examine is the procedure you use in distributing
land owner mailings. It happens that only one of the two landowners in each of the
properties you mailed to received your March 26th application review notification card.
This created frustration and caused delay in addressing our concerns. Landowners should
be treated equally and fairly. This seems to be the manner in which oil companies and
public entities repeatedly use when sending mailings to landowners. It has happened
several times to our family members who share properties in Weld County. We
respectfully request that,hereafter, all land owners be sent whatever mutually involves
them.
