A public hearing was conducted on December 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., with the following
present:

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a Notice dated October 15, 2025, and duly published
October 17, 2025, in the Greeley Tribune a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Dustin Gartrell, for Change of Zone, COZ25-0007, from the A (Agricultural)
Zone District to the 1-2 (Medium Industrial) Zone District. Karin McDougal, Deputy County
Attorney, made this a matter of record.
Angela Snyder, Department of Planning Services, stated, per an email received from the
applicant's representative, dated November 25, 2025, the applicant wished to withdraw
his application for Change of Zone, COZ25-0007, due to the passage of
Ordinance #2025-11, which will allow him to apply for a Zoning Permit for Certain Uses
in the Agricultural Zone District (ZPAG).
Commissioner James moved to accept the request of Dustin Gartrell for withdrawal of the
application of Change of Zone, COZ25-0007, from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the
1-2 (Medium Industrial) Zone District. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Ross
and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed
at 11:21 a.m. (Clerk's Note: Recording timestamp 53:36)
