BOCC Approval Date: April 29, 2015
Bids were received and opened on April 13. 2015 for B1500100 UPS and Environmental Controls
for Chase Building Nine (9) bids were received ranging from $13,459.53 to $15,839.00. One response
was submitted for UPS equipment only. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
Information Services staff has reviewed and evaluated all of the bid responses. CDW
Government from Chicago. IL was lowest bidder and the proposed equipment meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
CDW Government is therefore recommended by staff.
Based on the above information, I recommend the BOCC award the B1500100 UPS and
Environmental Controls for Chase Building, to CDW Government for a total amount of $13,459.53.
