ROAD PETITION.
To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of W E L D. County, Cob .
_ GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the
public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
The South west corner of Section twenty seaen, in Township One,
Range sixty eight, west of the 6th P, . M. and extending east one
mile to the south east corner of said section, the same being for
a road-'between Actions, 27-and 34 in' said Township and Range.

Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described,
and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of
one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of Well
he receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agrees to give
lieafight of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for
damage by reason thereof. / G S gee,
