Bill Barrett Corporation is now offering direct deposit, also called Automated Clearing House
(ACT-I), for revenue royalty checks. The purpose of this letter is to inform our royalty owners
of the benefits that this option offers you and provides you the necessary forms and steps to
enroll.
Why should YOU enroll in direct deposit?
• Owners enrolled in direct deposit receive their monthly revenue within 1-2 business
days after we have distributed revenue. Manual checks are delivered through the US
Postal Service, which can take up to a week for delivery.
• The ability to receive revenue check detail electronically or access it through
www.jibiink.com will allow you to download or print your detail for easy analysis.
If I enroll in direct deposit how will I receive my monthly revenue check detail?
• Option 1: Your check detail will automatically be emailed to you at the email address
you provide on the attached form.
• Option 2: In addition we also provide your revenue check detail on a secure website
called www.jiblink.com. It is a FREE service for you to view and print your
statements. Both options are available to you, and you can utilize both of them on a
monthly basis if you choose.
How do I enroll?
• To enroll in the program simply fill out the enclosed form.
• Provide a void check with your bank account information and a valid email address if
you choose option 1 for receiving your check detail. If you choose to access your
check detail at www.jiblink.com you will not need to provide us a valid email address.
