RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to law, the Board of County Commissioners
Weld County, Colorado, is vested with the responsibility of administering
the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 24-65. 1 et. seq. , C. R. S. 1973
(H.B. 1041, 1974) a designation hearing was held June 28, 1976, and
WHEREAS, the Board has heard the report concerning the
investigation conducted pursuant to the provisions of Section 24-65. 1
et. seq. , C. R. S. 1973 (H, B. 1041, 1974), and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that it would be in the
best interest of the County to accept said report from the Weld County
Planning Commission, however, to officially designate no area or
activity in Weld County at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the report of the Weld
County Planning Commission pursuant to Section 24-65. 1 et. seq. ,
C. R. S. 1973 (H. B. 1041, 1974) is accepted but no area or activity in
Weld County is designated at this time.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of July,
A.D. , 1976.
