Please see the attached letter—a formal request to withdraw application for Lujan Trucking, USR14-0062. I have
forwarded this letter to you via US mail for your records. Please call or e-mail if you have questions or concerns.
The applicant would like to operate from the current location for a term not to exceed 90 days while they mobilize to a
new location. This request is in the attached letter as well. We hope this will be accepted and is an appropriate
resolution to this matter. Thanks in advance for your assistance in this project.

RE: USR14-0062 — Lujan Trucking - Request to withdraw application
AGPRO Project #2218-01
Dear Diana / Bethany,
We have reviewed the staff report, referral comments and neighborhood letters for the above
referenced application, and discussed this with the applicant, Sergio Lujan Delgado.
He requests that the application be withdrawn at this time, and dismissed from the Weld County
Planning Commission hearing scheduled January 20, 2015.
The applicant understands there is a Zoning Violation (Case no. ZCV14-00127) for operating a
trucking business on the property without the necessary USR zoning permit. After exhaustive
research associated with the current operation, he is not confident he will gain approval for the
use.
He respectfully requests the Weld County Staff to allow the current use to remain operational for
a term of 90-days from the date of this letter to seek an alternative site for his business. He will
mobilize the operation and have the property clear no later than April 17, 2015.
Please reply to this request with a written response at your earliest convenience.
We appreciate your attention to this matter.
Regards,
Deanne Frederickson
