Home My WebLink About750033.tiff ID j ° 897 C IOW- 7 sae Oo © Recorded at ...»:._,. .—wcNdeRec. y 181908"J .; e AGREEMENT / - State at Colorado, Weld County Game Reeordeelaa This agreement dated this 24th day of September , 1975, shall be between Sierra Investments, a Co-Partnership, and Weld County, Colorado, regarding certain lands in Section 24, Township 5 North, Range 66 West , more particularly described as Tract "A", Carriage Estates First Filing, 0 as amended from Chalet West First Filing. 0 WHEREAS Sierra Investments , the developers of Carriage Estates , are a> required to contribute lands to the public in order that they may be allowed to subdivide lands contiguous to subject tract, and; WHEREAS subject tract has been approved by all of the necessary county 0 03 1` authorities as meeting all requirements for public dedication , and; WHEREAS the citizens of Weld County will benefit from the ownership of subject tract ; THEREFORE the parties hereto agree as follows: I . Sierra Investments delivers to Weld County herewith a warranty deed to subject Tract "A". 2. Sierra Investments shall maintain said tract for three years or, if occurring later, until the last lot in Carriage Estates First , Second and Third Filings is sold to a third party. 3. At such time as Sierra Investments maintenance responsibilities are terminated, this responsibility will automatically pass to the public , i .e. Weld County. This agreement shall be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Weld County and all title, rights, interests and obligations hereunto shall inure to the heirs , successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
