But did not have a list of them at that time, although had already raised my valuation by 30% ? which I think is excessive in one year. He said he would research the houses that sold in that time frame. After receiving my denial, I called him and he sent me a copy of his Sales Comparables and said if I have any questions to call him. I have tried to call him 5 or 6 times and left a message. He has yet to return my calls. The sales comparables he sent do not even comply with State Law in the 2013/2014 time frame. Only 1 house# 3 falls in that area. I am just trying to figure out why my house which we just bought and moved in deserved a 30%increase in Taxes and Valuation in just 1 year. ? What will happen next year ??
