WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-8 (4) (c) of the
Weld County Home Rule Charter, it shall be the duty of the
Board of County Commissioners to appoint the department
heads of county offices , departments and divisions , and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined it to be in
the best interest of Weld County to appoint an Assistant
CommunicationsDirector. It has been recommended that
Ward Carpenter be appointed as Assistant Communication
Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners , Weld County, Colorado, that Ward
Carpenter be, and he hereby is appointed as Assistant
Communications Director of the Department of Communications
Services , known as Assistant Communications Director;
and that Mr. Carpenter serve in this capacity at the
pleasure of the Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
24th day of May, A. D. ,1976.
