RE: RE-APPOINTMENT OF BETTE KOUNTZ TO WELD COUNTY PLANNING
COMMISSION FOR A TERM EXPIRING JULY 31, 1982 .
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists on the Weld County Planning
Commission in District IV, due to the expiration of the term of
Bette Kountz , and
WHEREAS, Bette Kountz has expressed her desire to be re-
appointed to said Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisa-
ble to re-appoint Bette Kountz to the Planning Commission for a
three (3) year term to expire July 31, 1982 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Bette Kountz be, and
hereby is, re-appointed to the Weld County Planning Commission
for a three (3) year term to expire July 31, 1982 , representing
District IV.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of
August, A.D. , 1979 .
