of the following resolution: '
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney be directed to inform

the Public Utilities Coamias-and the Union Pacific Railroad Company,
with reference to the Application # 364, of said Company to said
Commission, to abolish highway crossing in the Town of La Salle,
Colorado , near mile post 46 , .79, that upon construction and grant .
by The Company of a well built roadway 30 feet wide on right of
way, 60 feet in width, along the east side of the Railroad right
of way, from the north limits of the town, to the county road
crossing about .3 of a mile north of the town limits , tie County
will accept said proposed road and thereafter maintainiae a county
highway.
