For greater continuity and ease of reference, this correspondence (1 original/lcopy) iterates
comments taken directly from the OMLR Adequacy Review correspondence of 30 October
2015. Our reply is found within a graphical box notated in BLUE ink, under each OMLR
comment, as follows:
PreAnihle:
The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division/DRMS) has reviewed the content of the
Varra Companies Inc. I I2c permit application and first a eq ac letter res»onse dated November I R
2015 for the Parcel 122 Project, File No. M-2015-033 and submits the following comments. The
Division is required to make application recommendation no later than October 25, 2016 therefore; a
response to the following adequacy review concerns should be submitted to the Division as soon as
possible.
EXHIBIT C — Pre -Minim and Minim Plan Maps of Affected Land
1. Please update the Exhibit C-1 map to portray the name and location of the Anadarko owned oil
and gas wells, lines, and easements on the affected land and within two hundred (200) feet of the
affected land pursuant to Rule 6.4.3(b) and (g).
Linework gone missing from the original submittal is now included in this revision. Exhibit C-1
reflects both the existing and rerouted Anadarko lines and Right -of-\\ ati. hhe Right -of -A\ av is
consistent w ith that shown on a map from the proposed relocation agreement with Anadarko, Kcrr-
\IcGFF and included as an attachment with this submittal. All known oil & gas wells were
previously identified and its likely the Anadarko line runs to a tank or nearby F- nacana \Veil
already labeled at that location.

and reclamation maps were adjusted to reflect the current placement of those Encana lines and are
not planned for relocation at this time that nnielit have led to the prior conti curation subsequent to
relocation of lines alone the access road south of the hloodplain Relic area.
EXHIBIT F — Reclamation Plan Map
2. Please provide an alternative Reclamation Plan Map with the expected physical appearance of
Tract A — West Basin if a structure agreement to relocate the Anadarko oil and gas line is not
obtained and the oil and gas line easement cannot be mined through by the Ope3rator pursuant to
Rule 6.4.6(a).
Line work reflective of the AnadarkolKerr-Mc(LF Right -of -Way for the Existin!.t and Rerouted oil
and eras lines. 1 he resulting slopes vv ill remain at 3H: IN or flatter.
EXHIBIT R — Proof of Filing with County Clerk and Recorder
3. Please provide an affidavit or receipt indicating the date on which the revised application
information required to address this adequacy letter was placed with the Weld County Clerk and
Recorder for public review, pursuant to Subparagraph I.6.2(1)(c).
