USR14-0080 Referral
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has no comment on the USR14-0080
referral for the Buffalo Ridge site specific development plan. We do suggest that the applicant
comply with all state and federal environmental rules and regulations. This may require the
applicant or its contractor to obtain a permit for certain regulated activities before emitting or
discharging a pollutant into the air or water, dispose of hazardous waste or engaging in certain
regulated activities.
