Bruce and Esther,
We are going to assign our 2016 private activity bond allocation to the Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) like
we did last year. Attached are the same type of documents we used last year that CHFA send me. Can between the two
you put it into our format and put it them on the agenda for approval and then send them to CHFA per the emails
below.
I have already talked to the BOCC and they are agreeable to do it. Bruce if you do not mind can you handle it at the
BOCC meeting when it is on the agenda. The attached letter from Peakview requesting the allocation transfer explains
what the allocation will be used for by CHFA for a project in Greeley.
Esther send me the documents once you have them formatted and I will review them.
Thanks, for handling this.

Adam,
Attached are the form documents for the assignment of Weld County's PAB to CHFA. I made the assumption
that Weld County intends to assign all of their allocated PAB for 2016 in the amount of $7,456,700. If that is
not correct, could you let me know? Also, please advise Weld County that they will need to return the final
executed assignment documents to my attention here at CHFA prior to September 14, 2016. If you would
prefer I send these documents directly to someone at Weld County, please let me know.
Thank you, and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
