No. State of Colorado, Weld County Clerk Cr Recorder RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 89 - AMOCO PRODUCTION COMPANY. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the 0 affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado has reviewed the request of Amoco Production Company for N can exemption from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973 , as amended, and Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations , and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that Amoco Production Company is the owner of a certain parcel of land located in Part of the West Half of Section 36, Township 2 North, Range 68 Weest of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows : That part of the West Half of Section 36 , Township 2 North, Range 68 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, described as follows : Commencing at the Northwest corner of Sec- tion 36; thence South along the West line of the said Section a distance of 1170 . 00 feet; thence, Easterly on an angle left of 90° , a distance of 30 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence, Southerly on an angle to the right of 90° , a distance of 290.00 feet along the East Right-of-Way line of County Road 11 ; thence, Easterly on an angle to the left of 90° , a distance of 450 . 62 feet; thence, Northerly on an angle to the left of 90 ° , a distance of 290 . 00 feet; thence, Westerly on an angle to the left of 90° , a distance of 450 . 62 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Said Parcel of Land contains 3 . 00 acres more or less. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has considered the recommendations of the Department of Planning Services in this matter and has reviewed the information submitted by the applicant. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the abovedescribed parcel be, and hereby is, declared to be exempt from the definitions of 790454 o'- eo 879 1800635 a-a "subdivision" and "subdivided land" as set forth in Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973 , as amended, and Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations , and further, that said parcel shall be considered to be a single lot. The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of August, A.D. , 1979 .
