United Power is the provider of electric service in the area to the proposed Plant Site, located at
or near the southwest corner of Eagle Street and WCR 35 on Parcel #147111000009. There is
electrical distribution in the area that may or may not need to be upgraded, depending on the
requirements of the site, in order to provide capacity and safe reliable power to the area.
Service will be provided according to the rules, regulations, and policies in effect by United
Power at the time service is requested.
