HomeMy WebLinkAbout20160598.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE (COZ15-0003) FROM THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT TO THE 1-3 (INDUSTRIAL) ZONE DISTRICT- WES MOSER, INC. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 17th day of February, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of Wes Moser, Inc., P.O. Box 205, Fort Lupton, CO 80621, for a Change of Zone, COZ15-0003, from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the 1-3 (Industrial) Zone District, on the following described real estate, to-wit: E1/2 of Section 25, Township 3 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue the matter to March 9, 2016, to allow for consideration by the Planning Commission at a hearing which was continued to February 23, 2016, as a result of a County closure due to inclement weather. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to March 9, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. P12- 43 2016-0598 PL2409 RE: CONTINUANCE (COZ15-0003) -WES MOSER, INC.
