at 12:30pm. A subsequent hearing will be held on November 16, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. with the Board of County

The Fire Prevention Bureau has reviewed your submission to Weld County and have the
following comments:
1. It does not appear that any structures are to be built within the Brighton Fire Rescue District in
Weld County. However, if that changes, the structures would need to be reviewed separately
from this review.
2. Please forward a copy of the Emergency Response Plan for this project for review to me at

this pipeline is outside of our area pursuant to an IGA Agreement with Brighton.
